Meet the Owner, Nicole Kane

Having family members that are allergic to almost all of the 7 main allergens, Nicole has been creatively cooking & baking daily for 6+ years.  While Gluten Free & Vegan cuisine has become popular, It is not an easy task to find specialty items that are free of ALL main allergens, which is what inspired Nicole to start 7 Sugars.  It is our commitment to provide specialty sweet treats that truly everyone can enjoy!
